Job summary

Infinit-O is seeking an Associate/Specialist in Pasay who will prepare and review financial processes, ensuring timely, accurate deliverables. The role requires daily planning, strong English communication, and collaboration with onshore and offshore teams to resolve issues while maintaining thorough process documentation.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Financial Management, Economics, or Accounting, with 1+ year in a related finance role.

Qualifications

Understanding of general fund accounting.
Valuation of financial products including equities, fixed income, options, swap futures and forwards.
Excellent English, oral and written communication.
High attention to detail.
Can work with minimal supervision and deliver high-quality output.
Must be highly organized and able to prioritize effectively.
Proactive, motivated, detail-oriented team player with SLA awareness.
Proficient in basic to intermediate Excel formulas.
Willing to report on a late mid-shift schedule.

Responsibilities

Prepare, review and complete assigned processes and deliverables within predetermined time frames.
Ensure subprocesses related to assigned deliverables are completed accurately.
Coordinate with reviewer schedules to ensure deliverables are prepared on time.
Monitor completion of processes and deliverables in each workflow.
Plan daily workload to identify issues and prevent delays.
Communicate with onshore counterparts, custodians, brokers, administrators and regulatory agencies to query, escape and resolve issues.
Adhere to standard hand-off procedures for offshore and onshore teams.
Ensure completeness of process documentation.
Handle related processes as required by both onshore and offshore teams.
