Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy; CPA license is preferred.
• At least 2 years of accounting experience or 1 year of audit experience.
• Experience in general accounting and financial statement preparation.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks, NetSuite, or other accounting systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial reports, statements, and supporting schedules.
• Review budgets, capital expenditures, and financial variances.
• Prepare account reconciliations and supporting schedules.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Review accounting entries and financial transactions for accuracy.
• Monitor inventory and fixed asset records and related transactions.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and procedures.
• Identify discrepancies and recommend improvements to financial processes.
• Perform other finance and accounting-related duties as assigned.
