Qualifications

• At least 5-7 years of finance management experience.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is essential.
• CPA qualification is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, reports, and other accounting documents
• Ensure timely completion of audited financial statements and coordinate with external auditors
• Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and annual budgets aligned with business objectives
• Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and operational stability
• Oversee daily accounting and bookkeeping activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Oversee accounting and finance operations and ensure full compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards
• Implement and enforce internal controls, ensuring adherence to financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies
• Stay updated on new accounting standards, tax rules, and regulatory changes; ensure the organization's timely adaptation
• Lead and mentor team while supporting strategic financial reporting
• Oversee fund and treasury management including liquidity monitoring, bank transactions, and cash flow projections
• Identify skill gaps and support employee development through training, coaching, and effective performance management
• Collaborate with the broader team to identify areas for process improvement and implement efficient solutions
