Responsibilities

• Handle general accounting tasks and daily financial transactions
• Ensure compliance with BIR regulations and processing of business permits
• Maintain and oversee bookkeeping records and accounting documentation
• Monitor and record sales transactions and financial data
• Perform bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial records
• Prepare financial reports, including Profit and Loss (P&L) statements
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements
• Support internal and external audit requirements
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, BIR, and SEC regulatory requirements
• Maintain the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial records
