Private Advertiser is seeking an Accounting/Finance Assistant in the Philippines to support monthly closings and financial reporting. You will maintain ledgers, process payables and receivables, and assist with payroll and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience in bookkeeping and financial record-keeping is a plus.
• Familiarity with internal controls and audits is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial reports and budget performance.
• Maintain accurate financial records, including payables and receivables.
• Document and categorize all transactions, prepare invoices, and maintain ledgers and balance sheets.
• Support internal audits and assist external auditors for accuracy.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Assist with payroll processing and expense tracking.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings and report financial performance.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
