Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, preferably within a financial services or call centre environment.
• Clear and patient communication of complex financial information.
• Good problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
• Proficient with computer systems, databases, and CRM software.
• Ability to multitask effectively with accuracy and detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via telephone, email, and other channels with professionalism and courtesy.
• Provide accurate financial information and guidance to customers regarding accounts, transactions, and services.
• Process customer requests, including account inquiries, transaction verifications, and dispute resolutions.
