A growing staffing solutions firm is looking for Customer Service Representatives to join their fast-expanding team in Cebu City. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service through effective communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of college education and relevant BPO experience. This role requires excellent English proficiency and the ability to work on a shifting schedule. Qualifications

• Completed at least 2 years in College with no back subjects.
• Must have at least 24 months of solid BPO experience OR 12 months of Financial BPO background.
• Must be conversant in both spoken and written English.
• Amenable to work fully on-site in Cebu City.
• Amenable to work on a shifting schedule.
• Can start ASAP.

• Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on first-call resolution.
