Qualifications

• High School Graduate under the old curriculum or Senior High School Graduate under the K-12 curriculum.
• At least 6 months of Customer Contact Experience (CCE).
• Good English communication skills, preferably at B2 proficiency level.
• Strong customer service, listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, especially when handling financial and account-related information.
• Able to follow procedures and maintain customer confidentiality.
• Willing to work onsite at Cebu IT Park, Cebu City.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays as required.
• Willing to undergo the company's recruitment and assessment process.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding financial products, accounts, transactions, and services.
• Assist customers with billing concerns, payment inquiries, and account information.
• Provide accurate information about financial services, policies, and procedures.
• Review account details and help resolve transaction-related concerns within authorized guidelines.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account updates.
