Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Manager to drive inorganic growth through identifying and evaluating strategic transactions and leading key projects to future-proof the business in a dynamic market.

You will manage due diligence, negotiations, and cross-functional execution while building strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization and external partners.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in business development, corporate development, M&A, or strategic project management.
• Experience in financial services or consumer finance is preferred.

• Conduct due diligence including financial analysis, market research, and risk assessment.

This Strategic Partnerships Manager role will drive our strategic inorganic growth initiatives, which encompass identifying and evaluating strategic transactions, alongside leading critical projects designed to future-proof the business in an evolving market.

What You’ll Do

• Strategic Growth Initiatives:
• Identify, assess, and evaluate potential acquisition or partnership targets that align with our company's strategic objectives and growth aspirations.
• Conduct comprehensive due diligence for these opportunities, including financial analysis, market research, and risk assessment.
• Assist in the negotiation and structuring of strategic transactions.
• Lead and manage strategic projects aimed at enhancing our long-term competitiveness and resilience.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project execution.
• Oversee and review critical project documentation related to tax, legal, compliance, and business operations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders for project success.

What You Need To Have

• Proven experience (4+ years) in business development, corporate development, M&A, or strategic project management, or banking preferably within the financial services or consumer finance industry.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
