Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a seasoned finance professional to manage end-to-end revolving portfolio accounting Close, reporting, and forecasting. You will deliver monthly close explanations, prepare auditor-ready data, and support regulatory filings with a focus on accuracy and insight.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data-driven analysis, and opportunities to contribute to strategic initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of work related experience.
• Ability to structure problem well and co-operate with different departments.
• Experience in Oracle SQL, Excel Analytical Functions, Pivots, Macros.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end support for revolving portfolio monthly closing and related reports.
• Close monthly accounting books for revolving portfolio with explanations of current month numbers.
• Prepare supporting data and documents for auditors (POS loans, Cash loans, Revolving portfolio).
• Prepare regulatory and ad-hoc reports to HQ and external government agencies (BIR, SEC, BSP).
• Analyze trends in revenue, cost of sales, expenses and customer receivables.
• Support monthly estimate, pacing, planning and forecasting.
• Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.

Job description

The primary role is to provide support end to end revolving portfolio on the monthly accounting closing, and prepare reports and analysis related to the end of month accounting financial results and help in the planning and forecasting.

What You’ll Do:

• Key person in the financial data support, analysis, and reporting of the growing revolving portfolio (credit cards, pos on card, and virtual limit).
• Prepare and close the monthly accounting books of the revolving portfolio with explanations of the current month numbers.
• Prepare supporting data, documents, and requirements for Auditors (POS loans, Cash loans, Revolving portfolio)
• Prepare regulatory and Ad-hoc reports to HQ,
• Prepare and support compliance reports to external government agencies (BIR, SEC, BSP) on revolving portfolio
• Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and customer receivables.
• Support the manager in the monthly estimate, pacing, planning and forecasting.
• Independently work with financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives

• At least 4 years of work related experience
• Ability to structure problem well and co-operate with different departments
• Experience in Oracle SQL, Excel Analytical Functions, Pivots, Macros. Etc
