Job summary

D&V Philippines is looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will communicate directly with clients and handle various bookkeeping responsibilities, including payroll processing using Xero. A Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy and at least 2 years of relevant experience is required.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid Work Arrangement (once a month onsite)

What you’ll be doing:

• Will directly communicate with the client via email and call.
• Perform bookkeeping (bank reconciliation) and payroll processing using Xero.
• Perform EOM closing and management reporting.
• Perform clean up catch up of client accounts.
• Prepare activity statements and lodgments of payroll tax and Workcover.
• Handle ad hoc tasks as required.

• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
• Minimum 2 years of Australian bookkeeping/compliance experience
• Experience in bookkeeping, payroll processing, and compliance (BAS/IAS/Payroll tax, etc.)
• Soft Skills: Attention to detail; ability to work with minimal supervision; strong verbal and written communication; ability to work under pressure; organized and efficient; ability to manage multiple clients; strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
