The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in finance or accounting, CPA or MBA, and a proven track record in complex technology arrangements.

Qualifications

• CPA, MBA, or relevant master’s degree.
• 10+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience, ideally in semiconductor IP licensing.
• Deep expertise in IFRS 15 revenue recognition and contract structuring across complex technology arrangements.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and executive‑level presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Revenue & Contract Ownership with Sales, Legal and Finance.
• Structure IP licensing and tools agreements to align with IFRS 15.
• Own end‑to‑end contract economics and revenue recognition.
• Lead FP&A and performance management for IP Licensing and Tools businesses.
• Drive automation across FP&A and contract workflows using AI where appropriate.
