Job summary

Outsourced.ph is seeking a Technical Finance Manager (Hybrid, Eastwood) to provide expert accounting guidance on complex matters and to support financial reporting. The role requires coordinating with Finance, Legal, Tax, and other stakeholders to assess transactions and implement new accounting standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong IFRS/US GAAP background, 8–12 years of relevant experience, and professional qualifications such as CPA/CA/ACCA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional accounting qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, ACA, or equivalent.
• Typically 8-12 years of relevant accounting/financial reporting experience, including significant experience in technical accounting.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical accounting guidance on complex and non-routine transactions.
• Research and interpret IFRS / US GAAP / applicable local GAAP requirements.
• Prepare technical accounting position papers and memos for significant transactions.
• Evaluate accounting implications of acquisitions, disposals, business combinations, investments, financing arrangements, leases, revenue contracts, and other complex transactions.
• Lead implementation projects for new accounting standards.
• Develop accounting policies, guidance, processes, and training materials.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors; support due diligence and integration activities.
