• 7–10 years of relevant experience in accounting, FP&A, budgeting, planning and analysis, ideally in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Advanced knowledge in financial forecasting, budgeting, and planning and analysis, with familiarity in ERP systems such as SAP.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a finance/accounting team.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and influence skills.
• High level of ethical standards and professional accountability.
• Experience in manufacturing/semiconductor or electronics is an advantage.
