• 8–12 years of experience in FP&A/Strategic Finance.
• Strong experience in financial planning, forecasting and business partnering.
• Hands-on exposure to unit economics, performance management and IPO readiness.

Responsibilities

• Set up and transform the FP&A function across the organization to a forward-looking planning model.
• Act as strategic finance partner to business teams and drive data-backed decision-making.
• Own forecasting, planning cycles and performance tracking against plans to deliver a predictable financial outlook.
• Lead transition from manual Excel reporting to automated dashboards with real-time visibility for leadership.
• Provide deep insights on unit economics, product/channel performance, and retention/lifetime value.
• Oversee market and competitive intelligence from a finance lens and support IPO readiness via investor reporting.
• Lead and grow the FP&A team and define evolving roles and structure.
