Job description

We’re now actively sourcing Finance Manager.

This managerial role is responsible for overseeing financial planning, analysis, budegting and reporting, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and leading a team to deliver accurate insights that support strategic decision‑making.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or related finance course.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is strongly preferred.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience in accounting, financial forecasting, planning, and analysis (FP&A), ideally in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Advanced knowledge in financial forecasting, budgeting, and planning and analysis, with familiarity in ERP systems such as SAP.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a finance/accounting team.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and influence skills.
• High level of ethical standards and professional accountability.
• Experience in manufacturing/semiconductor or electronics is an advantage.
