Job summary

Confidential Careers is seeking a seasoned Finance Project Manager to effectively lead large-scale implementations across Finance teams. You will drive multiple projects with standard PM methodologies, coordinating with sponsors and senior leaders to ensure timely delivery and clear status reporting.

The role requires 5+ years in finance PM, strong stakeholder communication, and experience in hybrid, multi-time-zone environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Transformation, Migration, Integration and System Deployment experience in Finance projects.
• Preferably with an Accountancy, Finance Management or related degree.
• Preferably with Shared Services background.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Teams Apps, MS Office Suite or other Project Management tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive multiple, concurrent, large-scale Finance projects with standard PM practice.
• Collaborate with Sponsors and Senior Leadership stakeholders.
• Lead project teams across Finance towers and other departments.
• Translate requirements into a comprehensive Project Plan.
• Conduct status meetings and document actions, decisions and discussions.
• Track actions and drive to completion.
• Release detailed Project Status Reports.

Job description

Effectively lead Finance program and project implementations by applying standard Project Management methodologies and practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive multiple, concurrent, large-scale, high-complexity Finance projects.
• Work closely with Project Sponsors and Key Stakeholders at Senior Leadership level.
• Lead Project Team members from different Finance Towers and other departments in the organization.
• Translate project requirements into a comprehensive Project Plan.
• Effectively hold Project Status Meetings and clearly document action, decision and discussion points.
• Track all project actions and drive to completion.
• Release substantial and detailed Project Status Reports.

Position Requirements

• 5+ years Transformation, Migration, Integration and System Deployment-related, Finance Project Management experience following standard Project Management methodologies and practice.
