Job summary

The Corporate Institute is seeking a senior Business Process Re-engineering/Finance Transformation expert to lead client workshops and design future-state processes aligned with best practices. The role covers R2R, P2P, and OTC, with emphasis on automation and standardization.

Ideal candidates bring 5–10 years of experience, MBA/CA or related qualifications, strong communication, and capability to mentor teams. Occasional domestic and international travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience with an MBA/CA or related advanced degree.
• Proven experience in Business Process Re-engineering/Finance transformation, TOM Expert.
• Excellent analytical skills with a proven track record of improving process inefficiencies.
• Knowledge and experience with business process mapping and financial systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct workshops with clients to perform current state As-Is process assessment and design and optimize Future state processes as per leading practices and industry benchmarks.
• Experience with finance functions Record to report, Procure to pay and Order to cash processes and ensure all redesigned processes comply with financial regulations and controls.
• Identify process improvement opportunities using automation, technology upgradation and process standardization.
• Provide high-level consulting and re-engineering efforts to align financial functions and operations with business objectives.
• Create L1-L5 As-Is and To-Be process mapping using tools such as ARIS, IBM Blueworks, and Visio etc.
• Strong accounting skills and understands financial reports and statements.
• Experience in process mining tools such as Celonis, UiPath etc is good to have.
• Good knowledge on ledger and sub-ledger systems; functional know-how of SAP FICO and Oracle GLs.
• Translate business requirements to technical language and model.
• Train and mentor staff/seniors on new process changes and adjust the training program as necessary.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Open to travel (Domestic and International).

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have:

• 5 – 10 years of experience along with masters degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA/CA or related advanced degree is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Business Process Re-engineering/Finance transformation, TOM Expert within the finance sector.
• Excellent analytical skills with a proven track record in identifying and improving process inefficiencies.
• Knowledge and experience with business process mapping and financial systems.
• Prior experience in financial consulting or business process improvement roles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and effectively at all levels of the company.
• Strong MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills is highly preferred.
• Certifications such as Celonis, UiPath is good to have.
