Philsearch Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Group Project Finance & Control Manager to provide independent financial oversight, performance review, cost control, profitability analysis, and risk management across all operating companies and projects.

The Group Project Finance & Control Manager is a senior finance and control position responsible for providing independent financial oversight, project performance review, cost control, profitability analysis, and financial risk management across all operating companies and projects under the company.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; CPA is an advantage.
8-12 years of relevant experience in Project Finance, Cost Control, FP&A, Accounting, or Audit, with 3-5 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
Experience in project-based industries such as construction, engineering, real estate, infrastructure, or manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of project finance, budgeting, cost control, forecasting, profitability analysis, cash flow, and financial controls.
Experienced in Budget vs. Actual analysis, EAC/ETC, billing validation, and subcontractor/supplier billing review.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; ERP/accounting systems experience required. Power BI is an advantage.
Strong analytical, commercial, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of contracts, billing milestones, change orders, claims, retention, advances, and subcontractor agreements.
