TOA Global is seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to join our remote team in the Philippines. You will handle high-volume accounts payable, vendor reconciliations, and banking/payments processes for US clients.

Assist with high-volume accounts payable activities, review invoice coding, perform vendor statement reconciliations, process payment support documentation, and maintain organized digital records in OneDrive/SharePoint.
Perform weekly merchant processor reconciliations (Dutchie Pay, PayRio) to bank deposits (Story Financial), research timing differences, missing deposits, or chargebacks, and execute daily transaction coding in QuickBooks Online or Sage Intacct.
Support the Controller with real estate accounting schedules, maintaining accurate rent schedules, mortgage/loan support files, and property documentation.
Provide operational support to the Controller by managing department inboxes, drafting correspondence, preparing Excel schedules, tracking month-end close progress, managing recurring calendars, and updating SOPs.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, or finance operations experience in US public practice or commercial accounting, combining core accounting functions with executive administrative coordination.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (complex functions, reporting schedules); hands-on experience or familiarity with QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct, Dutchie POS, and Microsoft Office 365/SharePoint platforms.
Solid understanding of core GAAP principles, multi-entity accounting, accounts payable workflows, bank/merchant reconciliations, and month-end close schedules.
Exceptional organizational and deadline-tracking skills, proactive problem-solving ability, high attention to detail, and superior written and verbal English communication.
