TOA Global is hiring a detail-oriented Accountant for a 100% remote, full-time role based in the Philippines. You will drive end-to-end accounting across seven entities, including intercompany reconciliations, payroll, and tax compliance, using QBO, BILL, Karbon, Fathom, and EZLynx.

The role emphasizes advanced Excel reporting, data-driven insights for executive decisions, and adherence to SOPs while working night shifts for US-time coverage.

We are seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented Accountant with strong end-to-end accounting experience to manage full-cycle financial operations across a diverse group of multi-entity companies (spanning insurance, utility concierge, and investment sectors). You will manage complex accrual accounting, intercompany reconciliations, carrier and sales commission processing, payroll, and advanced Excel reporting to support executive decision-making.

Your Impact

End-to-End Multi-Entity Accounting: Manage full-cycle accounting for 7 companies, maintaining accurate balance sheet schedules, equity/capital accounts, transaction coding, and intercompany payables/receivables reconciliations.

Specialized Industry Functions: Execute carrier commission processing in EZLynx, manage mailed commission check receipts, validate producer/sales agent commissions for payroll entry, and oversee end-to-end A/P and A/R processing via BILL and QBO.

Payroll & Tax Compliance: Perform multi-entity payroll processing, payroll reconciliations, sales tax preparation, annual 1099 filings, and ensure full compliance with established SOPs.

Financial Reporting & Process Optimization: Utilize Fathom, Karbon, and advanced Excel to process large datasets and create meaningful formulas for management reporting while continually driving accounting process improvements.

What You Bring

The Experience: Proven track record in end-to-end general ledger accounting, accrual accounting, and managing multi-entity client or company structures.

MS Excel Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (expert-level capability with large datasets, VLOOKUPs, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables, and complex financial formulas).

Software Competency: Practical experience or high adaptability across QuickBooks Online (QBO), BILL (A/P), Karbon, Fathom, and specialized platforms such as EZLynx.

Core Competencies: Exceptional numerical accuracy, strong organizational skills, proactive process-improvement mindset, and superior written and verbal English communication.
