Job summary

JPMorganChase in the Philippines is seeking a Commission Collections Supervisor to lead day-to-day collections activities, support timely invoicing, payment follow-up, reconciliation, and accurate reporting. You will guide a small team, coordinate with finance partners, and help maintain consistent operating routines across daily, monthly, and annual cycles.

You will drive issue resolution through ticketing/workflow tools while improving visibility into progress, aging, and performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in billing, accounts receivable, collections, or related operations.
• Minimum 1 year leading a team or mentoring teammates.
• Experience supervising a small operations team.
• Experience preparing invoices and following up on payments.
• Strong reconciliation skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and dashboards.
• Experience using a ticketing/workflow tool.
• Clear written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor shared inbox and ticketing queue for timely follow-up and issue resolution.
• Prioritize daily work to maintain service levels and deadlines.
• Prepare and send invoices and payment follow-ups for assigned accounts.
• Coordinate with finance to confirm receipts and update cash tracking.
• Provide payment links via approved tools and document everything.
• Track workflows and drive completion before month-end close.
• Maintain dashboards and trackers; ensure entries in the system before close.
• Distribute monthly commission progress and performance reports.
• Perform monthly reconciliations between systems and tools; escalate discrepancies.
• Review aging items and drive remediation plans with team members.
• Lead monthly performance check-ins, escalations, and year-end planning.
