Qualifications

• Experience supporting clearing-related books-and-records maintenance and reconciliations.
• Ability to reconcile omnibus and suspense accounts and resolve breaks.
• Knowledge of bank reconciliations and international product reconciliations.
• Experience processing payments to counterparties and broker-dealers with accuracy.
• Ability to identify and report abnormal activity per procedures.
• Experience posting journal entries and basic accounting tasks.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for management reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily books-and-records reconciliations for clearing activities, including incoming/outgoing funds balancing.
• Process payments to counterparties and broker-dealers in line with timelines and controls.
• Report abnormal trade activity to stakeholders per regulatory expectations (e.g., NYSE).
• Balance legal-entity activity within the books-and-records processing stream.
• Reconcile omnibus and suspense accounts and resolve breaks to closure.
• Perform bank reconciliations and international product reconciliations, monitoring aged items.
• Reconcile intercompany trading accounts and allocate data processing charges.
• Reconcile DVP balances and CNS omnibus activity, investigate settlement exceptions.
• Manage invoice lifecycle activities for trading-related fees and payments.
• Reconcile cash movement across omnibus and suspense accounts, including journal entries.
