Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the Philippines seeks an Operations Associate in Cost and Commission Services to support end-to-end invoice management and clearing-related reconciliations, ensuring accurate allocation and timely payments.

You will investigate exceptions, resolve breaks to closure, and work with operations, product control, and technology to improve processes and reporting, contributing to a strong control environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting clearing-related books-and-records and fund balancing.
• Ability to reconcile omnibus and suspense accounts and resolve breaks.
• Knowledge of bank reconciliations and international product reconciliations.
• Experience processing payments to counterparties and broker-dealers with accuracy and deadlines.
• Experience with CMTA and CNS/ECN related processing and reconciliations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily books-and-records reconciliations for clearing activities.
• Process payments to counterparties and broker-dealers on time.
• Report abnormal trade activity to stakeholders per procedures and regs.
• Balance legal-entity activity within the books-and-records stream.
• Reconcile omnibus and suspense accounts and resolve breaks.
• Perform bank reconciliations and international product reconciliations.
• Reconcile intercompany trading accounts and data processing charges.
• Manage CMTA commission receipt/payment activity and related reconciliations.
• Handle invoice lifecycle for trading-related fees and accruals.
• Ensure journal entries and basic accounting tasks are posted.
