Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years in accounting/financial operations.
• Strong data reconciliation and root-cause analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end integration of high-volume transactional data into back-office systems, validating completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Investigate, reconcile, and resolve processing breaks with root-cause analysis and documented remediation steps.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries and balance sheet substantiation.
• Prepare and deliver recurring reporting with data integrity, consistent definitions, and proper controls.
• Produce variance and driver analysis on volume, revenue, and cost trends and translate insights into actions.
• Onboard new jurisdictions and marketplace expansions with structured intake and milestone tracking.
• Partner with multiple teams to implement new programs and clarify requirements, impacts, and controls.
• Lead QA and UAT for rollouts and enhancements, with test strategy and defect tracking.
• Own end-to-end case management for onboarding and production issues with timely resolution.
