Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, operations, or related field.
• 7 years of experience in finance, accounting, operations, or related field.
• Proven people leadership experience (formal or informal).
• Experience supporting invoice production and billing operations under deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills with root-cause investigation and resolution.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day invoicing and billing operations against calendars.
• Produce accurate invoices across multiple fee types with clear status visibility.
• Review outputs, enforce documentation standards, and escalate/resolve issues when required.
• Drive process improvements to reduce manual touchpoints and strengthen controls.
• Oversee daily cash collections, apply payments to invoices, and manage prepayments.
• Coordinate monthly data procurement for billing inputs and validate data quality.
