The role involves preparing schedules, assisting with audits of inventory and fixed assets, and contributing to process improvements to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process checks, ensuring accuracy of supporting documentation and timely release to stakeholders.
• Track and monitor payments, updating records and notifying requestors of check availability.
• Apply collections in the accounting system accurately and maintain up-to-date collection records.
• Issue invoice/receipts for walk-in and internal collections, ensuring proper documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Prepare monthly reports, including check monitoring and collection tracking.
• Support compliance activities by preparing schedules and reports for regulatory filings (e.g., BIR).
• Assist in the periodic audit of inventory and fixed assets.
• Assist with ad-hoc finance projects, analyses, and operational improvements as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure processes run efficiently and deadlines are met.
