• Review and process finance requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.
• Maintain and update accounts payable records and monitor outstanding obligations.
• Oversee accounts receivable activities, including monitoring collections and managing undeposited checks.
• Follow up on collections, including documentation required for regulatory compliance such as BIR Form 2307.
• Manage the Petty Cash Fund, ensuring timely replenishment and proper documentation.
• Assist and review financial reports, including expense reports, collection monitoring, and check monitoring.
• Support BIR filing and other compliance-related activities.
• Ensure all financial transactions are properly documented and recorded in the financial system.
• Assist in the periodic audit of inventory and fixed assets.
• Perform ad hoc finance tasks and special projects as assigned by the Finance Manager.
