Responsibilities

• Process invoices, receipts, and expense reports in a timely manner.
• Maintain and update financial spreadsheets and database records.
• Assist with monthly bank reconciliations and account balances.
• Prepare basic financial reports and documentation.
• Follow up on outstanding accounts receivable and payable.
• Support finance team with general administrative tasks.
