Job summary

GetMEDS Philippines Inc. is seeking a Finance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day financial and accounting activities, ensuring accurate records and timely processing of transactions. The role emphasizes compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.

You will supervise accounts payable and receivable, monitor cash flow, review invoices, prepare management reports, and coordinate with banks, suppliers, and staff. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of relevant finance or accounting experience, preferably with supervisory duties.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management.
• Proficient in Excel/Sheets and accounting systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily finance and accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, and disbursements.
• Review invoices, receipts, reimbursements, and supporting documents.
• Ensure accurate recording and maintenance of financial records.
• Monitor cash flow and expenses.
• Prepare and review financial reports and management summaries.
• Coordinate with banks, suppliers, and staff regarding financial transactions.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and audits.
• Identify discrepancies and report risks to management.
• Provide guidance to finance staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information and records.
• Recommend improvements to processes, controls, and reporting.
