Job summary

Recruitment Partner Non Disclosed Client is seeking a capable Finance Lead to manage General Ledger, AP/AR, payroll, and cash flow in Balagtas, Philippines. This role requires preparing statements and forecasts, ensuring GAAP/IFRS compliance, and driving robust internal controls.

You will coordinate internal and external audits, develop budgets, mentor the accounting team, and collaborate with senior management to align financial goals with business strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and software.
• Proven leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, payroll, cash flow, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS and tax/regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong internal financial controls.
• Coordinate and lead internal and external audits.
• Develop and monitor budgets and financial plans.
• Supervise, train, and mentor accounting team members.
• Provide financial guidance to management and collaborate with other departments.
