• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 8 years of finance experience, including 5 years in manufacturing finance and people management.
• Strong expertise in financial accounting, cost accounting, budgeting, treasury, and taxation.
• Hands-on experience in financial transformation, reporting standardization, or finance process integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance process optimization and standardization.

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting requirements.

We are looking for an experienced Finance Director to lead the full spectrum of finance operations for a manufacturing business in the Philippines. This role will oversee financial reporting, cost accounting, budgeting, taxation, cash flow management, and internal controls, while leading a local finance team and supporting business growth through financial transformation and process improvements. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening financial governance, standardizing accounting processes, improving reporting quality, and supporting ERP implementation.

Key responsibilities

Lead finance process optimization and standardization.

Establish and improve accounting, budgeting, treasury, cost control, and internal control processes.

Review historical financial records and align reporting with group standards.

Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting requirements.

Participate in ERP implementation and finance system upgrades.

Review financial statements and management reports.

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.

Conduct profitability analysis by product, customer, or project.

About you

Philippine citizen or holder of valid long-term work authorization in the Philippines.
