Job summary

Integrated OS is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, manage the general ledger, and deliver reliable reporting for multiple departments and projects. You will partner with the Finance Director to enhance systems and reporting, while leading the Philippines team and coordinating with our Host Employer.

Successful candidates will have extensive experience in financial management, ERP/GL expertise, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

Over 5 years of financial management experience with a formal qualification in business administration, management, or similar fields.
Expertise in MS Office Suite and ERP systems and General Ledger.
Proficient in financial reporting, analysis, and IT system development related to financial management.
Experience with payroll system financial functions.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
CPA qualification is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Oversee financial operations including general ledger, reporting, accounts receivable/payable, payroll, and project financials.
Work with the Finance Director to improve systems and reporting methods.
Lead and support the team based in the Philippines and coordinate with our Host Employer, Integrated OS.
Prepare monthly closes and EOFY close and reporting.
Manage project performance reporting across IT systems and departments.
Ensure accurate cashflow reporting and GL maintenance.
