Job summary

Community Creators, Inc. is seeking a Finance Associate to join our growing finance team in Pasig City, Metro Manila.

This full-time role supports the accurate preparation of financial statements and the maintenance of accounting records, contributing to the financial health and compliance of our organisation. You will handle transactions, GL reconciliations, and monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, while collaborating with colleagues across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel, including strong spreadsheet analysis skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and record-keeping.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Recording and processing financial transactions in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Assisting in the preparation and reconciliation of general ledger accounts and trial balances.
• Supporting the compilation and preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Performing account reconciliations and investigating discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing and payment verification.
• Maintaining accurate and organised financial documentation and records.
• Preparing financial reports and schedules for management and external stakeholders.
• Assisting with audit preparation by gathering and organising required documentation.
• Supporting compliance with regulatory requirements and internal control procedures.
• Collaborating with other finance team members and departments to ensure accurate financial information.

About the role

• Can be assigned at Accounting/ Loans / Collections or Administrative
