Job summary

Pacific Properties invites applications for an Accounting Associate to join our Manila team in Sampaloc. The role provides essential bookkeeping support, ensuring accurate financial records and compliance with standards.

You will handle ledgers, bank reconciliations, payables/receivables, and payroll tasks while maintaining organised documentation. We seek candidates with 1–3 years in accounting support, a degree or diploma in Accounting/Finance, proficiency in Excel and accounting software, and

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.

• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and professional demeanour.
• Knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and reporting requirements is advantageous.

In this role, you will provide essential accounting and bookkeeping support to our organisation, ensuring accurate financial records and compliance with accounting standards.
