Job summary

World Vision International (New) is seeking a Finance Assistant Reliever to support KOICA MNCH project finance in Tacloban City. You will ensure accurate recording of expenditures and compliance with donor requirements under the Senior Finance Officer.

This fixed-term role lasts five months, covering payments, filing, grant cash requests, asset listings, and audits. A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration with at least one year of experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
• At least one year of relevant work experience.
• Experience on grant-funded projects is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely payments and proper recording in the Finance system.
• Ensure project expenses comply with donor guidelines and policies.
• Maintain and file vouchers and supporting documents for audits.
• Support grant operations, cash requests, and reporting.
• Prepare asset listings and assist with audits.
