Job summary

World Vision International (New) is seeking a Finance Specialist to support grant-funded and programmatic activities through precise financial management and governance. You will maintain project budgets, oversee funds-to-field commitments, and support allocation processes across funding streams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance and 2–3 years’ experience in finance, with strong Excel, MS Dynamics, and Power BI skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or University Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2–3 years of finance and accounting experience, preferably in international NGO or audit environment.
• Experience with offshore teams is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Knowledge of financial systems (e.g., MS Dynamics) and reporting tools (Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Manage grant-funded and private project budgets and field funds data in the financial system.
• Coordinate budgets and field commitment requests with programs teams.
• Oversee budget uploads, tranche commitments, and budget adjustments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support sound financial stewardship.
