Job summary

World Vision is seeking a Senior Grant Accountant to provide financial support for grants and contracts, ensuring donor compliance and robust financial management across field projects. The role collaborates with Support Office and international offices to deliver high-quality financial stewardship and reporting.

Ideal candidates will have a degree in accounting/finance, 4–6 years of finance experience (NGO experience preferred), and advanced Excel plus Power BI/Power Query skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or University Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 4-6 years of extensive experience in all areas of finance and accounting, preferably within an international NGO, multilateral organization or audit/accounting environment.
• Experience managing institutional donor contracts and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver key financial reporting and compliance outcomes as part of the Grant Finance, acting as a trusted advisor to the broader organization.
• Partner with Field Offices and WVI to support robust financial management and delivery of projects.
• Management of donor compliance and financial reporting.
• Support with monthly and annual Field Allocations processes.
