Job summary

TRD Systems Pte Ltd is a global security tech company seeking a Payroll & Administration Specialist in the Philippines. You will manage payroll, tax compliance, and regulatory filings while supporting daily office operations for local staff and overseas coordination.

The role requires strong knowledge of Philippine taxation, BIR compliance, and benefits processing, with proficiency in MS Office and attention to detail. This position is based in Metro Manila with an on-site work setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Strong knowledge of Philippine taxation and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Handle accounts payable and receivable.
• Process SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG contributions and remittances.
• Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and others.
• Tabulate and process payroll for all staff.
• Prepare and submit government reports and statutory filings.
• Stay updated on Philippine tax laws and compliance.
• Support daily office operations and facility requirements.
• Handle correspondence, phone calls and inquiries.
• Oversee maintenance and upkeep of office premises and systems.
• Maintain company records, contracts, and admin docs.
• Monitor stock, supplies, and asset inventory; process requisitions.
• Assist in organizing company events and visits.
• Coordinate onboarding for new employees.
• Assist in daily attendance taking when required.
