Rentokil Initial Philippines is seeking a Payroll specialist to execute accurate payroll processing and ensure regulatory compliance. The role requires 3+ years in payroll and compensation, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4-year course (preferably BS Accountancy/ Psychology and/or BS Math).
• At least 3 years of meaningful experience in Payroll and Compensation and Benefits in a reputable company.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Executes payroll activities and ensures timely, compliant processing.
• Prepares payroll documents and related reports for regional offices and audits.
• Resolves discrepancies in time sheets, leaves, and payroll data to ensure accuracy.
• Compiles data for payroll analysis and compliance with regulations.
• Maintains payroll records and supports year-end submissions (e.g., Alphalist).
• Oversees general administrative tasks and HR information systems data as needed.
