Penbrothers is seeking a Total Rewards Specialist to manage and support employee compensation, benefits, payroll, timekeeping, and final pay processes. This role ensures accurate payroll, compliance with Philippine labor laws, and a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, HR, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in end-to-end payroll processing or related field.
• Extensive experience in manual and automated payroll processing.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine compensation and labor laws, including statutory contributions.
• Experience using payroll software, HRIS platforms, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare reports and interpretations.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy in payroll and records.
• Proactive with a focus on process improvement and employee experience.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely payment.
• Process payroll with cutoff adherence, overtime, deductions, and bonuses.
• Maintain accurate compensation data across payroll and HR systems.
• Ensure timely processing of taxes and statutory payroll requirements.
• Support timekeeping and final pay processing with accuracy and compliance.
• Investigate payroll discrepancies and resolve employee concerns.
• Prepare payroll reports and data analyses for management.
