Job summary

The Corporate Institute in the Philippines is seeking an Assistant Manager Finance – Accounts to lead the Finance – Accounts function and shape financial strategy. Qualifications

• CA with 4–6 years of post-qualification experience in manufacturing.
• Strong exposure to accounting, costing, budgeting, inventory, working capital and financial controls.
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting models.
• Hands-on ERP experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Finance – Accounts function and drive financial strategy.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with IAS.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and MIS reporting.
• Oversee manufacturing cost accounting, product costing, and profitability analysis.
• Monitor cash flow, treasury operations, working capital, and banking relationships.
• Strengthen internal controls, risk management, and financial governance.
• Lead internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
• Optimize inventory valuation, cost control, and overall financial performance.
• Drive ERP optimization, process automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with business leaders to support strategic decision-making and business growth.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance – Accounts team.
