The Corporate Institute in the Philippines is seeking an Assistant Manager Finance – Accounts to lead the Finance – Accounts function and shape financial strategy. You will drive manufacturing cost accounting, product costing, and profitability analysis, while ensuring timely IAS-compliant reporting and robust internal controls.

Competenze

• CA with 4–6 years of post-qualification experience in manufacturing.
• Strong exposure to accounting, costing, budgeting, inventory, working capital and financial controls.
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting models.
• Hands-on ERP experience is mandatory.

• Lead the Finance – Accounts function and drive financial strategy.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with IAS.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and MIS reporting.
• Oversee manufacturing cost accounting, product costing, and profitability analysis.

• Strengthen internal controls, risk management, and financial governance.
• Lead internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
