Job summary

The Corporate Institute in the Philippines seeks a seasoned Finance leader to head Costing, Pricing, and F&A. You will be the architect of our financial framework, translating cost data into actionable pricing and profitability insights across our national operations.

You will partner with executives, sales heads, and regional teams to design pricing, manage cost accounting, internal controls, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring disciplined governance and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Experience building complex financial models and pricing frameworks.
• Strong management accounting knowledge with data-driven storytelling.
• Track record leading large F&A operations across multiple locations.
• Ability to forecast and analyze variances to improve margins.

Responsibilities

• Design pricing strategies aligned with market trends and cost structures.
• Lead end-to-end Cost Accounting, including inventory valuation.
• Oversee Finance and Accounts with robust internal controls and reporting.
• Develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic decisions.
• Conduct variance analyses and recommend margin improvements.
• Manage annual budgeting with cross-functional collaboration.
