Job summary

Quanta Philippines is seeking an experienced Cost Accounting Supervisor to oversee cost accounting functions, ensure accurate product costing and inventory valuation, and analyze manufacturing costs. The role supports financial planning and operational decisions by delivering timely cost information, monitoring production costs, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

You will lead the accounting team and collaborate with production, procurement, warehouse, and finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field.
• CPA is an advantage.
• 3–5 years in cost accounting; manufacturing preferred.
• 1–2 years in supervisory or team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory accounting, and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cost accounting, product costing, and inventory valuation.
• Provide cost data to support financial planning and decisions.
• Lead the accounting team and collaborate with production, procurement, and warehouse.
• Ensure compliance with PFRS and BIR regulations.
