Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Management Accounting, or related field.
• CPA is an advantage or may be required depending on policy.
• Typically 5–8 years of finance experience, including manufacturing/plant exposure.
• Experience in cost accounting, budgeting, financial analysis, inventory control, and variance analysis.
• Food & beverage industry experience is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, business partnering, communication, and leadership skills.

• Monitor performance against budget and provide variance analysis with recommendations.
• Prepare financial reports on costs, profitability, and operating performance.
