Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required.
• CPA certification mandatory.

• Experience with AP/AR, tax compliance, and financial reporting.
• Demonstrated people management and team leadership.
• Knowledge of Philippine tax rules (BIR) and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day accounting operations including AP/AR and tax compliance.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes and reports.
• Oversee end-to-end AP/AR activities and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine tax laws and BIR regulations.
• Coach and develop the accounting team and improve controls.
