Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required.
• CPA preferred; open to non-CPAs with strong relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting and management accounting activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Manage and review costing activities, providing insights on costs and margins.
• Conduct financial analysis and translate data into actionable insights for senior management.
• Establish and maintain effective financial controls, policies, and processes.
• Monitor and evaluate financial investments and provide analysis to support decisions.
• Partner with senior management on financial planning and strategic decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and efficiency.
• Lead and develop the Finance team with a culture of accountability and improvement.
• Take on broader finance responsibilities as needed.
