Job summary

The Corporate Institute is seeking a Director of Finance in the Philippines to take end-to-end ownership of the finance function, reporting to the founders, and drive FP&A, controllership, treasury, and compliance across both in-house and contract manufacturing operations.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, MIS, cash-flow and working-capital management while building scalable processes and reporting frameworks to support rapid growth.

Qualifications

• CA with 10–15+ years of finance experience.
• Strong hands-on FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Experience leading finance operations in FMCG/manufacturing.
• Experience with GT/MT channels a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of the finance function from founders.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, MIS and cash-flow management.
• Oversee accounting, taxation, audits, and controls.
• Build scalable finance processes and reporting frameworks.
• Develop and mentor a finance team of 8.
• Strengthen financial systems and support fundraising.
