Job summary

The Corporate Institute in the Philippines seeks a Group Financial Controller (Manufacturing) to lead the finance and accounting functions for the manufacturing business, reporting to the CFO and business leadership.

You will oversee budgeting, FP&A, accounting, treasury, tax, internal controls, MIS, and cost management, partnering with production and procurement to improve cost efficiency and financial performance.

Qualifications

• CA with 4–6 years of manufacturing experience.
• Strong exposure to budgeting, inventory, working capital and financial controls.
• Hands-on ERP experience and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A, budgeting and financial planning activities.
• Oversee general ledger, AP, AR and fixed assets; ensure timely close.
• Manage treasury, working capital and cash flow planning.
• Coordinate taxation, audits and internal controls; ensure compliance.
