Job summary

MicroSourcing in Clark Freeport Zone is hiring a Finance Officer for a hybrid, day-shift role. You will manage AR/AP for the assigned region, ensure timely invoicing, process payments, and maintain customer and supplier records in the ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Accurate and timely processing of accounts receivable and accounts payable for the assigned region
• Ensure invoices and backups are sent or uploaded weekly
• Act as first point of contact for billing/invoice queries
• Process invoice alterations and credit notes as needed
• Daily receipting of customer receipts
• Set up and maintain customers in systems with credit checks and reviews
• Follow up on unpaid invoices outside terms
• Reconcile customer and vendor ledgers
• Maintain daily cash-flow forecasts
• Perform bank reconciliations and prepare payments for online banking
• Reconcile AP & AR GL accounts monthly
• Perform month-end processes as directed by leadership
• Accept ad hoc tasks as assigned
